Core Values -

OUR CORE

Our values shape our culture, guide our decisions, and define how we serve. They are rooted in Scripture and lived out in community.

Strong theological foundation for every leader.

1 CORINTHIANS 16:14 (CSB)

We believe Scripture is God's inspired Word and the final authority for faith, learning, and life.

We exalt Jesus Christ as Lord and follow Him in every aspect of our teaching and living.

We learn, serve, and grow together in a spirit of mutual respect, unity, and love.

We are committed to restoring lives, reconciling relationships, and pursuing justice in the world.

We equip leaders to advance the gospel and bring God's restorative kingdom to every place.

We pursue academic excellence and practical faithfulness in all that we do.

We lead and learn with humility, recognizing our dependence on God and one another.

We value honesty, transparency, and faithfulness in our words, actions, and relationships.

We are called to serve others sacrificially as an expression of Christ's love.

We are committed to ongoing growth in Christ, character, and calling through every season.
